Congratulations to Angie Zwickl on being awarded the 2020 Prairie Land REALTORS Reno Council Realtor of the Year award. Angie is the owner broker of Preferred Real Estate in Hutchinson.

Every year, Prairie Land REALTORS awards this to an agent who has shown consistent involvement in the community and association, willingness to serve and learn, and continues to grow and build their business.

Angie has been a REALTOR for nearly 12 years and earned her broker’s license and opened her own real estate office in August 2019, which now has 8 other agents under Angie’s leadership. Over the last 10 years, Angie has grown her business volume year over year each year with more than 6 million in sales volume in each of the last 3 years.

An agent with Preferred Real Estate, Logan Leuenberger praised her leadership. “She brings top notch service to the industry and provides her entire team with the best technology available to be effective in the real estate industry.”

Angie currently serves on the Prairie Land REALTORS Board of Directors and is the 2020 Treasurer. She has served on several committees for the association during her membership, including the forms task force multiple times, education, and the Reno Council committee.

Angie has been involved with the Reno County Young Professionals organization first as an active member and more recently as a sponsor to them. Angie is an active member of the Hutchinson YMCA. Angie and her office has been involved the Downtown Hutchinson Chili & Soup Fest, raising food and cash donations for the Reno County Food Bank and hosting a pumpkin patch event for the community.

Angie’s husband Keith is also a REALTOR at Preferred Real Estate. They have 2 daughters – Gabby and Sophia. And she has a step-son Blake and step-daughter Brooke.
