Total home sales in the Mid-Kansas region rose by 9.8% last month to 145 units, compared to 132 units in May 2018. Total sales volume was $18.3 million, up 3.4% from a year earlier.
The median sale price in May was $107,500, down from $115,000 a year earlier. Homes that sold in May were typically on the market for 67 days and sold for 97.3% of their list prices.
