Total home sales in the Mid-Kansas region rose by 1.7% last month to 119 units, compared to 117 units in March 2018. Total sales volume was $13.7 million, up 3.0% from a year earlier. The median sale price in March was $99,000, up from $95,000 a year earlier. Homes that sold in March were typically on the market for 116 days and sold for 97.5% of their list prices.
