Year to Date statistics show a continually strong real estate market through Mid-Kansas MLS service area. McPherson has seen overall growth in number sold and average price along with less days on market figures.

The Pratt area has been similar with more sales, higher average price, but the days on market still continues to be high.

Reno County sales show the market down slightly from 2017, but when compared to 2016 all the figures are better than 2016 year to date stats. So looking at three year averages, Reno County is a very stable market.
