We hosted REALTORS, affiliates, and community members at our Welcome Home Grand Opening Celebration of our move to new office at 524 E 30th Ave. 

Our new office location is more visible to the public. At the event we had the opportunity to share what the REALTOR organization does, provide homebuying and selling resources, and discuss the local market trends. We provided several brochures and flyers with home buyer and seller information

Prairie Land Realtors is the local trade association for REALTOR members. We serve more than 220 REALTOR members in more than 50 brokerage offices. Our members are mostly located in Reno, McPherson, Pratt and Rice counties, but our service area includes 11 counties. Prairie Land REALTORS also has more than 40 affiliate members that are local businesses that do business in the real estate industry such as home inspectors, title companies and lenders.

Prairie Land REALTORS was formerly known as the Hutchinson Board of REALTORS until 2015 when it merged with McPherson Board of REALTORS and Southern Plains (Pratt) Board of REALTORS.

We offer our members education, industry tools, manage the MLS, community involvement, legislative advocacy, networking and more!

We appreciate everyone who attended our event on April 16. We provided a taco bar featuring Anchor Grill food, cookies, snacks, music, games, and some Hutchinson Board of REALTORS historical documents/photos were on display.
