Mid-Kansas MLS serves numerous counties and our largest 3 population areas have very distinctive and different markets. Each month we highlight the statistics from those 3 market areas. In February (the shortest month and it was pretty cold and snowy this year), showed continued growth in median price in all markets, while average price had significant increases in both McPherson and Reno counties over a year ago.
We anticipate the market in McPherson and Reno Counties to continue at its strong pace for 2019. In smaller markets like Pratt, month to month variations can be misleading and trends hard to identify. Due to economic issues, there continues to be a large inventory for the market region.
