June 2019 housing stats

Home sales in the Mid-Kansas region fell last month to 143 units, compared to 166 units in June 2018. Total sales volume was $21.0 million, down from a year earlier. The median sale price in June was $124,000, up from $111,000  year earlier. Homes that sold in June were typically on the market for 69 days and sold for 98.1% of their list prices.

Reno County had a big jump in the average home price in June. And also has a low 3.5 month supply. McPherson continues to have growth in average and median price, but has more inventory than a year ago at this time.
