Low inventory, higher sales price in April 2021

The total number of active listings in the Mid-Kansas region at the end of April was 144 units, down from 442 at the same point in 2020. This represents a 1.0 months’ supply of homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of April was $125,000.

During April, a total of 188 contracts were written up from 134 in April 2020. At the end of the month, there were 258 contracts pending, compared to 174 at the end of April 2020.
