Total home sales in the Mid-Kansas region fell last month to 125 units, compared to 141 units in April 2018. Total sales volume was $15.7 million, down from a year earlier. The median sale price in April was $112,500, up from $99,000 a year earlier. Homes that sold in April were typically on the market for 77 days and sold for 97.2% of their list prices.
