Details:
The condo features 2 bedrooms each with a Queen bed and a loft area for additional bedroom space. Room for 6 easily and beds for up to 10 people. The condo is centrally located near many attractions in the area, including Dillon Lake. Condo has kitchen and property has clubhouse within walking distance that features swimming pool and other activities. No pets. No smoking. Reservations will be made with condo owner, Jeff Odermann. Reservations or arrangements must be made with Jeff with 45 days of winning or this portion of prize will be forfeited by the winner. Available dates are June 30 through November 15, 2018 or May 1, 2019 to Nov. 14, 2019. Includes 3 night stay, but no additional expenses such as dining or fuel are covered by this certificate. Who will be entered
Any REALTOR member who invests $100 or more from January 1, 2018 to June 28, 2018 will receive one entry for each $100 invested, up to $500. Max entries of 5 for the drawing by any one REALTOR.
When can you win
The drawing will be held at the Summer Picnic toward the conclusion of the evening on June 28, 2018. Winner does not have to present to win. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National Association of REALTORS® or any of its state associations or local boards will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. 70% of each contribution is used by your state PAC to support state and local political candidates. Until your state PAC reaches its RPAC goal 30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a; after the state PAC reaches its RPAC goal it may elect to retain your entire contribution for use in supporting state and local candidates. All contributions are strictly voluntary and there is no contribution necessary to win. A contribution will not increase your chances of winning and you will not be barred from participating if you choose not to make a contribution. If you would like an entry form without making a contribution, you must submit a written request for a chance to enter the drawing to a member of the PLR staff. Entries must be received by the PLR staff by June 15 in order to qualify for the random drawing that will take place June 28 at 6 p.m.
