Total sales volume was $16.1 million, up 16.6% from a year earlier. The median sale price in April was $99,000, down from $113,500 a year earlier. Homes that sold in April were typically on the market for 85 days and sold for 96.9% of their list prices.

The total number of active listings in the Mid-Kansas region at the end of April was 559 units, down from 579 at the same point in 2017. This represents a 4.0 months’ supply of homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of April was $115,000.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
