Total home sales in the Mid-Kansas region rose by 47.5% last month to 149 units, compared to 101 units in October 2018. Total sales volume was $20.0 million, up 31.0% from a year earlier.
The median sale price in October was $124,000, up from $119,900 a year earlier. Homes that sold in October were typically on the market for 74 days and sold for 97.4% of their list prices.
